TOM’S FIRST VISIT

Once a preliminary ballpark budget and timeframe has been agreed upon via email, we schedule an initial consultation within 3-5 weeks. At this time, Tom will come to your home, look at your space and discuss the details of your project. 

STEP 4

Our Estimate Process

Within 3-4 weeks from the initial visit, Tom provides a high level estimate which includes your project’s scope of work, design, materials, labor, and timeline.  

STEP 5

OUR Design PROCESS

After the estimate is accepted, a design agreement is issued which covers a portion of the design costs associated with your project. Design process time frame depends on the project’s full scope of work. During this time, we manage the:

    • Material Selection

    • Appointments with Preferred Vendors

    • Sub-Contractor Walk-throughs

    • Layout and Plans

OUR PROPOSAL

A detailed proposal with all of the materials, work scope and finalized plans are issued. Our proposal price will be within a standard margin of original estimate pricing and scope of work. 

STEP 6

OUR CONTRACT

Once the proposal has been finalized, we issue a contract, payment schedule, and projected start and completion dates.
